The town provides water and sewer services to in-town residents inside the corporation limits along with garbage pick-up. Out of town water service is provided to residents along Highway 421 to the river bridge near Woodway. We also serve the Smyth-Miller's Chapel area from Skaggs Hill toward 421. Our Ben Hur line serves out of town residents from the bridge near the hospital along alternate 58 to Lee High School and the Ben Hur area toward Millers Chapel and Depot Hill.
In town service requires a deposit of $237.50. Out of town service is $275.00. A photo ID is also required and any unpaid balance. A Water Service Application should bill submitted along with the deposit payment and ID. Payment can be made online with communication to our office and the application and copy of ID dropped in our drop box at the curb of town hall or emailed if in-person is not possible.
