Mr. & Miss Liberty Pageant registration form

All applications and payment must be received by July 2, 2021 to be considered eligible. There will be no late sign-ups and judges ARE NOT local. Score Sheets will not be handed out. Payment and entry goes to the Pennington Gap Woman’s Club as addressed on the form. All information is on the form.

Any 2019 winner is ineligible to enter the same category this year. However, any 2019 winner may move up a category.
